Step 3 of BC’s Restart Plan

The Province of BC transitioned to Step 3 of BC’s Restart Plan on July 1, 2021.

Step 3 represents a change in focus from COVID-19 safety plans to communicable disease prevention and as a result, on July 1, 2021, British Columbia transitioned to a communicable disease prevention plan.

Patients are no longer required to fill out the online COVID-19 screening tool.

Patients must arrive at their appointment with no signs of communicable disease. We also ask that if you have recently been with someone who is sick (with possible signs of COVID-19), please stay home and reschedule your appointment.

If you have signs of COVID-19, please contact public health at 8-1-1 and arrange to be tested.

You may now wait inside the building in the waiting area for UpLevel Physiotherapy no sooner than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. You may continue to wait outside the building by the UpLevel Physiotherapy signboard if you prefer.

At this time we ask that you WEAR A MASK for the duration of your physiotherapy appointment.
Public health authorities recommend the use of masks in public indoor settings for individuals aged 12+ who are not fully vaccinated.

All physiotherapists working at UpLevel Physiotherapy are fully vaccinated and will continue to wear masks until we are directed further by our college.

Hand sanitizer will be provided to you upon entrance to the clinic. We are continuing to perform all of the cleaning protocols that we have been performing since reopening in May of 2020.

We will continue to follow all recommendations from the Province of BC, WorkSafe and the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
